FV Bank Names Frank J. Serra as Chief Financial Officer

FV Bank has announced the appointment of Frank J. Serra as its new Chief Financial Officer. Serra is set to assume the position on May 1, 2023, and will be responsible for overseeing the bank’s financial operations.

Serra brings over 25 years of experience in financial services, having previously held executive positions at several leading financial institutions. He most recently served as the CFO of a regional bank, where he was responsible for managing the bank’s accounting, financial reporting, and regulatory compliance functions.

In his new role at FV Bank, Serra will work closely with the bank’s executive team to help drive growth and profitability while maintaining a strong focus on risk management and regulatory compliance. He will also be responsible for managing the bank’s financial reporting, budgeting, and forecasting activities.

Serra holds a Bachelor of Science in Accounting from the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign and is a Certified Public Accountant. He also serves on the board of several non-profit organizations and is actively involved in his local community.
